depends on how much you need to pay to get it roadworthy and registered. Get it checked out properly (on a hoist if you can) and find out what needs to be done. Find out why it's unregistered. As a general rule, good cars aren't usually allowed to become unregistered.
Many factors involved; ie; how many ks on it? What needs 2 be repaired for roady?
