Need help!! Radiator fan ON once switch the ignition ON...

Radiator fan runs constantly once the ignition switch "ON"...
Relay switch already changed
Coolant temp sensor changed
and it still run constantly... no change...

Need some solution!! Please help!!

We need to know what car/engine.
Temp sensor changed? Did you replace the switch or sensor? There is a temp sensor for the gauge on the head (1pin), beside the top hose outlet, beside that is a coolant sensor for the ECU (2pin) and the coolant temp SWITCH (2pin) is on the thermostat housing itself, on the bottom hose outlet. make sure you replaced the switch.

Not sure if you can see it clearly. is it the rad fan or condenser fan?
