sticky down gearing

im still having troubles down gearing in my car when @ any speed above ~40km p/hr. gearing up is reasonably fine, just going down it gets stuck sometimes(prob 40% of the time). anybody had similar probs or know of solutions.

its a Y1 LSD (B16a1) gearbox, had a new exedy cushion button put in just over 5000kms ago, problem started. got my gearbox fully rebuilt (new oem syncros, seals and bearings), new flywheel, clutch release fork and spring replaced.

next option is to look into replacing the clutch cable
my friend told me it could be the thrust bearing.. would this make this sorta problems if it was rooted?

might sound like a dumb question but what gear oil are you using? sometime gear oils make it rough and hard to engage.

had oem put in after new clutch was put in, then tried motul.. motul was abit better than oem, but still gets stuck

clutch needs readjusting maybe? happen with me.

as above, might need to adjust that clutch cable
