Fault with hoodlining fitment

I have a 2009 Civic. Part of the hood lining has come free from the retaining moulding.
To put it another way, it seems that the lining should be a bit wider so as it could tuck in further.
The location is near the "A" pillar.[just behind the windscreen].
Has anyone had this problem and if so what is the fix for it?

Hm, hard to picture what you're saying... YOu reckon they might have put the wrong lining on?
