car bogging down at 4500rpm

Hello gent car is acting funny... can not figure out the problem .. had a service recently and lube ect is toped up .. the car can not rev over 4500 rpm .. its bogging down .. engine light is not on. hrmm reseted ecu .. what else can i do ? is it my vtec solenoid ? if it is why isn't it given me a warning light ?

Display pic looks like it is a facelift DC5... is it a Type S?

Have you got any mods? What exactly does it do? Get to 4500 RPM and then just stop, or bounce off a "limiter" or slowly climb? Is it any different below 4500?

its a type s .. gets to 4500 ishh and just bounces off ... and some times during cursing down the high ways its jerks a bit and continues . no mods .. one of the sensors are plying up me think ..
