Hi

Just wanted to know if any1 else who has the Eibach pro kit has the same positive rake as me? my car dropped 60mm front and 25mm rear. This has given a 30mm rake to the front, would have prob preferred to only have 10mm rake. I can adjust this one day with the perches when I get Koni yellow shocks but that wont be for a while.

Not when you are braking hard in an emergency though.

The springs you have on your euro, were they bought off jdm yard - the specs for the springs that they are selling are 1.6" front and 1.4" rear. Are these the same springs mate?? Sorry to hijack.

Think its the angle of front vs rear height - so instead of this car sitting dead even front/rear it looks like its leaning down at the nose. Correct me if im wrong?

oh ok so with say 10mm positive rake the rear height would be higher than the front end by 10 mms right?

Tony what height is the front of ur side skirt (behind front wheel) from the ground, and the rear of the side skirt (in front of rear wheel), mine is 145mm and 175mm

Mine's about the same. You need to measure from the bottom of the rim to the centre of the guard to get an accurate measurement though.

ive been measuring top of the rim (17inch) to guard as well, but this doesnt give u the rake since the fenders are different, but the top of rim to guard on front is 101mm (was 160mm) and rear is 107mm (was 132mm orig), so u can see originally the rear gap is 28mm smaller, now it is 6mm larger gap at rear, hence the positive rake of about 34mm.

Best is to measure from the ground to the side jackpoints. That way the measurement won't be wrong even if you had the optional sport side skirts on your car.

the front lip is killing me........too low......i have trouble not scraping it on so many driveways and the worst is the speed humps in the shopping centres that are short, the shocks are very soft for these springs IMO and the car has a large bounce over these shopping centre speed humps unless i absolutely creep ova them (otherwise the speed hump bottoms me out in the middle of the car with a thump)........What to Do???

I was thinking to put Koni yellows at the front and adjust 1 perch up to level it more and firm up the front......but not sure and $$$$$.

Even with a change of shocks you will most likely scrape. It just low. Only thing you can do is raise it. More $$$

If I put on Koni yellow shocks and put fronts on highest perch, will it be same as is or 1/2 inch higher? some ppl say middle is standard, some say top perch

I've had my Euro lowered on firstly a combination of King Springs Lows w/ Koni Yellow; and now Eibach Pro w/ Koni Yellow and my drop looks exactly like yours. There was no difference in height when going from the Kings to the Eibach. The Koni's are on their highest perch on both front and rear (at least that is what I asked for). I've been thinking about dropping the rear perch for some time just to even it up...

How do you find the Eibach compared to King springs? I find the Eibach nice but very soft at front so easy to scrape and dip on speed humps and dips.
