buy a silicon spray see if that works if not you will need to replace the power window motor. Rear speakers 5' 1/4's or 6's. You could also throw some 5x7 in but the 5'1/4's and the 6's are better

the power window issue is a common civic factory fault .. does it make noise when you wind down the window ?

buy inox, dont go using just any libricant as they'll deteriorate the rubbers, atm your motor might not have any missing teeth on the assembly, just duck off to a bp or autobarn for a can of inox, bout $11, spray it liberally in the runners on both sides and run the window up and down, will fix it up :)
