tyre size for 15x7 track wheel?

HI guys,
i'm looking at getting 15x7 for hill climbs.

Just wanted to see what profile tyres people are running for track or hill climb.

Also offset of 45 ok?

Any ideas?

recommend getting 15x7 or even possibly x8.
205 is what i would be running
have a better hold on those corners =D

I'm thinking 205 but I'm no expert, I'm running 205/50/15 Kumho KU36 on my 15x7 +42 rims

Anything from a 225 to a 185 will fit a 15x7 wheel. But anything beyond 205 is probably just adding section wide for minimal advantage in contact patch, because the tyre will be a little 'pinched' on the wheel. Use a 205/50 or a 195/55.

You will struggle to find a track tyre in 15" diameter that is 215 wide too :).
