If the radiator support is to be changed you can change it to JDM front.
The dc2 chassis is the same through out the range. So changing to a different styled front end from the same car should still be roadworthy. It does not change the structural rigidity in any way. Its a "bolt on - bolt off" (figure of speech, its really weld off weld on but you get the point).
Cause all youre changing is the radiator support (chassis wise). And there is no extra cutting/welding for it to fit.

its not dept of transport you have to worry about
its the repairable write off inspection
they are the ones that let you get your car regoed
in saying that they have pics of the damage and if you change the front they will be asking question why it looks different
do your research easy as looking on the net

yee maybe i should just fix it up with the audm front bar and then when the car rego'd again ill jdm front it.
