Hey guys,

not sure if this topic has been covered but i would like to get an opinon on clutches for the b16a2. My clutch is gone and i gotta replace it asap.

wonderin which ones are good and bad.

it really depend on you ay. theres different types of clutch out there. my basic knowledge is that theres OEM replacement, heavy duty and sports organic. im sure theres much more out there but most people toss up between the three.

OEM replacement is... well stock pretty much .
heavy duty is the same thing but has a heavier spring for increased clamp load.
Sports organic is alot better than heavy duty if were talking about racing like drags and stuff like that. reason being is that it has sports disc which make it more durable and i guess more stronger

like i said its up to you. remember clutch dont give you horsepower, it hold torque

hahah i pretty much know the difference between the clutches. just trying to get a general feeling of what brand of clutches ppl tend to use. It seems that a few have recommended the exedy.

get something beafier than stock for seldom strip visits, sports organic comes to mind, extreme clutches, competiton clutches, exedy, etc

im using exedy heavy duty on my eg wiff b16a.... trust me working a treat!

no probes at all
