How to take the front door panels off on eg4 ?

Hi guys,

tried to search already but no luck tho.. i might be blind lol

need to get behind the front door panels on eg4 ... so, i can fix my central locking and might change the front speakers too..

can anyone point me into the right direction or give me the link for DIY ??

Easy... OK this is from memory:

With the door open, undo the 3 screws. They are:

one behind the door handle - Then take out housing (it'll be really loose)
one inside the little door pocket (where you put your hand to pull the door close) then take that out
One under the mirrors (plastic one)

Once you've removed all the screws, simply pull it off. If it's never been off before it'll take a bit of force but just pull. Don't worry it won't break!

like he said above. you dont even have to take the screw near the mirror off, but it can make it easier. Then its just held in by little push in locators around the perimeter so just pull the panels at the edges on the side and bottom. Then its free so just lift the top clear of the window part
