diagnostics codes?

Hi guys,

I have a stock GD3 VTi-S Jazz and it's feeling a little rougher than normal on idle and driving. Is there an ecu check/ diagnostics code that I can check like most other cars have? Or should I try reseting my ecu by disconnecting my battery for a couple of minutes?

If the check engine light is not on while you are driving, then there won't be a code.
