Do EK car bras look HOT or NOT?

Hi all,

I am thinking of getting a half nose car bar and was just wondering what your opinion on these are - hot or not?

Was thinking of getting one for my white EK sedan. Posted a few pics to get the conversation going :cool:

May i ask is there dc5 car bra?

Yeh, I think they look better on the hatches and coupes, but I'll see what price I can get it for from the US. They're discontinued - so I've read - but there is always some floating around somewhere.... will let you know how i go...

I'm not sure if they just make a half nose for DC5, but check out the below link from website called: Honda Parts Unlimited:

Yep, I hope it will look ok on my EK... just trying to get some more details from guy in States... so I'll let you guys know how it all goes

But living in Wollongong I have to make trips to Sydney and Canberra so I guess there's practical benefits on the highways too (stone chips from annoying people who cut in front of you! lol)

Sorry to say but imo, wouldn't suit your car.
Your car has a nice clean flowing look coz of the colour coding. And therefore i dont think it would suit.
Where as the other white sedan you posted hasnt gone for colour coding, which lets the black nose cone flow into the black protections strips etc.

Thanks mod, I really appreciate your honesty and yes I have gone for the clean Ek look ;-) - and I guess ur right - always good to try and see what it might look like on your car first.

SO, I've done a bit of a dodge photoshop job on my front end and "this is what it could look like... red, green... man you should be going to MIT or somethin..." lol ahh I love lines from The Fast & The Furious!

hey brother like some people i agree do u what you like BUT i think it looks sex on the white to break up the solid colour not a fan on the black bonnet or dark coloured cars it would look nice on a flat yellow ek though!!!:D
