civic + recaros

hey guys ive been looking at buying some recaros for my car, ive found a set of dc5r ones but i was wondering if anyone knows if they will physically fit into a civic? 99 model

the seats look quite big and i heard dc2 oners are a tight fit into a civic and the dc5 ones are a bit bigger

yeh my cousins got the DC5R and my bros got the DC2R... the DC5 recaros seem bigger... i think you might be able to fit them in but dont quote me on this one... will definitely need diff rails...

swapping out the pan metal seat bottoms + hinges.. wont work?

this is the glove box on the em1..... ctr dont have it...

thats correct. The EK9 has a thinner centre console to accomodate the recaros. You can still get away with using the stock EM or EK4 centre console but the seatbelt lock will scrape along it.
