EM1 springs and shocks into EK1

I remember reading somewhere that stock EM1 shocks and springs are 1.5" lower than stock EK1 shocks and springs but a little unsure as to whether they really are or not.

Is it true?

And also, are they interchangeable?

Not too sure about the height but they are interchangeable.

Not much man.. esp with the car being old.. they all have been sagged a little.
