Blue Slips???

Hey I got defected and didnt clear my defect in time and EPA booking and stuff including all paper work was mailed to the previous owners address who didnt contact me till the last moment, so now im stuck. I have just finished rebuilding my gearbox and new rotors and breaks. My defects are all fairly easy to fix, such as red in my park lights, pod fliter and needing smallar rims.

Well now i need a blueslip and stuff....anyone here had any experience in blue slip inspection in my situation? Or anyone know any mechanic on the devil side that will do it for me?
