Hey - the bike is selling soon, tax is coming up, looking to buy a set of coilovers.

I have researched these two brands a bit.

People seem to think that ksports are pretty good, and i have also emailed A&B motorsport. Frank said the street version will be soft (with 12.1kg fronts and 7.2kg rears)

I also have had a look at pedders, i know they are a bit cheaper, but they are covered by a 2 year warranty (even without them fitting it) for $1600. They also have replaceable shock catridges so if they go pear shaped within that time i can replace them.

I asked them about the quality and he said they have only really had a few problems on the new commodores due to the angle that they sit on in the commy.

Now i know all you people will tell me to go super street teins, but i dont want to spend that much money on something that i wont need - as in i wont need any performance. The only reason for going coilovers is so i can have adjustability in ride height.

Im thinking of giving the pedders coillys a go, i will try anything once. What are peoples thoughts on these two brands only? And no i dont want to go a koni/eibach setup lol. If i was a dodgy merchant i would cut the springs but i am not so hence the coilovers.

Also these will b mached to stock rims with white walls and ingalls arms (rear)

End rant - start your ranting please. :) Thanks all in advance.

12.1kg front and 7.2 kg rear isn't soft. That is stiffer than Tein Flex!

What are the spring rates on the pedders? Make sure that the set you get is specific for the Euro and not some equivalent where it is the correct length but the mounting base of the shock body is wrong.

Yeah they have a listing for the CL9 Euro 03-08. I will enquire about the rates though. I have been talking to another member on here who was running pedders and he seemed to like them.

I think pedder's are overpriced.
