Premier Audio CENTRE?

Hi Guys

I have the Premier Audio system, 10 speakers, with the 8" subwoofer (CU2 MY09 model). The controls are as follows:

BASS
TREBLE
CENTRE
BALANCE
FADER
SUBWOOFER

Now... I notice a difference when scrolling from -6 to +6 on these options. BUT, when it comes to CENTRE, I honestly cant tell any difference in the system when scrolling. What is this CENTRE meant to do? There is no difference whether this is set to -6 or +6... I must also say, even the woofer, I find very disappointing. The front speakers give off more bass than this woofer. Will be taking out this crap and doing a complete upgrade.

center is the center speaker just above the display. (center dashboard). turn off the sub (-6) and you can tell the different.

No prob, and btw cu2 comes with 10 speakers (incl tweeters n subs) as standard

Here in South Africa, we have the 2L Cu2 which comes with only 6 speakers (No subwoofer and rear door speakers, and no centre), and then we also have the 2.4L which has the ELS system, 10 speakers. I owned both the 2L and now the 2.4L

I must however say, that the standard 6 speaker system in the 2l was much better than this 10m speaker system. The sound was clear, bass was strong, and distortion less than the 10 speaker system. Go figure...

Hi I have recently purchased a 2nd hand Accord Euro 2008 (still current model issue) but some of the speakers rattle or gurgle at low frequencies.

Can anybody advise how I may obtain the current specifications of the factory supplied speakers.

My car has
- split tweeters/sub-woofers in the front (4)
- speakers in the rear doors (2)
- oval speakers (2) and a centre speaker (1) in the parcel shelf.

Would be grateful for some assistance as I'm thinking of upgrading. :)
