dc2 vti-r + header + cat

hey guys. im looking to buy new headers + high flow cat for my 94 dc2 vti-r but will keep
the stock catback for now. will the new cat outlet fit my stock catback or will it need modifications? not sure if they're both 2.5". cheers!
