Skunk2 and Blox Cams

Hey guys, I've been researching the skunk2 and blox cam skandal, and apparently the blox camshafts are identical to the skunk2 camshafts!

Can anyone verify this? Is the blox competition really equivalent to the skunk2 pro series cam?

blox is the cheap mans cam upgrade, skunk2 cams use stonger material, iv heard of blox cams breaking under high pressure....if you ask me stick with skunk2!

ive heard of blox being successful on many occasions over at honda-tech some advise it for a good bang for buck.. but ive never got hard evidence with what blox cams are the same as what skunk2 cams.. i think i hear blox b have the same vtec lobe as s2 p1.. i was looking at getting blox b's for a while but dont want to overkill it..

yeah, ive read about the same thing myself. and also read that blox a, b, c is equivalent to pro1,2,3 cams. Just trying to find some more conclusive information i guess.

Dont buy Blox whatever you do!
These cams are the biggest pain in the @ss to tune.
I had a set and the Vtec would not engage regardless of whatever we tried.
Took the car to a number of reputable mechanics (Bel garage and Toda) to have a look at
with the same results. Take it off replace it and use the Blox cam as door stoppers!
They are rubbish and a complete waste of money.
Buy Skunk2 or buddy club.
