not sure if this will help, but the EF8 (crx) brakes, rotors etc are from the DA teg.. the ones that came out with the b16a, but brake pads/ rotors and wheel bearing are the same.

if not take the brade pad off and take it into a autobarn/ repco n get them to match it with their books. rotors should be the same as another other honda with 262mm rotors stock EG6,EK4,DC2 etc

hey mate i just purchased a ef9 sir also , the standard brakes are decent mine have been replaced with slotted rotors front and back and upgraded pads, ill get back to you on monday regarding brands and part numbers etc.. hopefully they should still be stamped on there. if you come up with any other info let me know as im open to suggestions on a bigger upgrade.

im pretty sure the EF8 crx etc.. are the same as those on the ef9 already. (assuming its an Si-R)

Finally just got the right part from local dealer.

The part number of Brake Pad for EF9: DB1133

Don't look at the booklet of brendix, it said that it was DB1123 for "EF9",

But wasn't, i have to go back and do a refund for it and try the DB1133, then it bolts on*
