windows playing up

hey guys, when opening my windows they go straight back up.. it happens on both the driver and passenger side..

I'm thinking it could be a wiring problem with the alarm system because there's automatic window lifts, or maybe just some dirt on the terminals..

Does anyone know where the master switch is located, or any other terminals that may cause this.. i might trying unplugging it and plugging it back in before i see someone about the alarm system.. any help would be appreciated, thanks

im not a pro at this but it sounds like you have cables touching that causing the windows to lift up. take the door trim off and check it out. or as you said it could be the alarm its self
