Hello, so Ive sold my euro and moved on, but i got a set of racing logic coilovers that are basically brand new, does anyone know if these coilovers can be used on another car or are they just made to fit on accord euro's?

They are made specifically for each car application, so these coilovers will not fit other cars, only accord euros. Post them up for sale, im sure someone will want it.

possible to modify them to make them fit to another car?

nope. i highly doubt it. Most parts in the Honda Accord Euro and Honda Accord are interchangeable

i have been asked a few times if these will fit on an sk2, dc2 r ect, just double checking that they wont fit? or is it possible?

they wont fit buddy. they make specific coil overs for specific cars for a specific reason.
