Electric mirrors 2005 model

Can someone tell me, are the mirrors supposed to be electrically retractable?

i have an 2005 vti and mine aren't electronically retractable. i think that was only for the updated models between 06-08

ok thanks, that explains why I couldn't find the button to unfold the mirrors when I picked up my Jazz!
