Hey guys, sorry if i posted this in the wrong section but i would like some handy info/help

i have a b18c, Si-vtec? In a Eg.
I want to do some engine work/performance work to it.
Ive been told to do the following, and i would like to know the prices for the following mods
and recommendation, and what eles i can do for power gains


Headers/Exhaust; i want to get a varex muffler, that way it can be loud and soft, so when i warm the car up in the morning, wont wake my parents up
Intake Manifold; Been told to get a Type R but JDM
Intake; I currenlty have a Whale penis, should i go CAI?
Cams;
Tune; hondata

ive got a b18c si jap spec in my eg, i havent got exhuast or cai and the car goes pretty well, ive only got a few mods like toda cams and cam gears, port and polished head and all top end worked on.

How much that cost ya? for the port polish+ toda cams

i bought the engine already built, so i woudnt know how much it would cost.
