15.3 is great for a d series.

You ain't getting much faster as is - mods or more
weight reduction i think that's the best you can do. Be proud lol it's just a age
old d series

ps fastest d series times for anything are 15.1 in this country (d16a8 , eg si )

Good time for the car but the subject title is somewhat misleading - intake and weight reduction is not "stock" ;)

Now now.... i remember a few old bseries boys who use to claim they had a "Stock b16".... with Headers... with exhaust... with CAI... With weight reduction ...

I pulled a 15.3 on my VTi D16Y1 w/ IHE and decent Smokohamas. Then built the engine and added nitrous, took me deep into low 13s on street tyres. Its doable. Back in the day...

wow man the best I had with The D16Y1 with just a pod filter on stock intake tube and 2.5" cat-back exhaust (on stock 14" steelies with Pirellis) was 15.61" !!
that was with no rear seats or spare..
