the man in test center say thats the car running to rich, so im thinking if the charcoal canister can make a that huge diff coz im still have from my old d16y7 engine, with1 have only to 2 pipes on the top and if i remember the b16 have 3, so is that can increase emission to that high reading? also i can smell petrol from the exhaust so its not completly burnt me think, there is some black/blue smoke if rev high and blue when v- tec kick... valve steam seals ?

have you checked your ecu?mite be in limp/safe mode which would explain the extra fuel. but blue smoke is never cool.. mite be worn rings

If it smells like fart, cooked eggs, or any sort, than yes, ur cars running rich...
Check timing..
