Pulled for running a red

So i had a lapse of concentration and ran a red, cop car was on the intersection but it was abit of a dip so i couldn't see, anyway so i drove along it was tailing me and pulled me over, told me i ran the red, did a check on my licence and the officer said i may or may not give you a fine, i will think about it and let me go.. i know it was my fault so i have no arguments but i'm just wonder what the chances would be getting fined or not

Moral to the story is that you need to concentrate and pay attention....people take driving too lightly these days!
