need help with wheels fittment for my civic fd

hey guys im planing to get some new rims for my fd but i have a few questions
in the fd onwer's manual, the wheel and type specifications are :
wheels:

15 x6 J
15 x 6 JJ
16 x 6 1/2 J
17 x 7 J

Types:
195/65R15
205/55R16
215/45R17

and this are the wheels i want to get but sure if they wll fit:

Speedy Racing Wheel
15122
17" X 7.5
5X114.3
with Dunlop Sport
Maxx 225/45/17
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 100


or

TENZO R DC6
15123
Size: 17*7.0
Offset: +42
PCD: 5*100/5*114.3
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 100
with 85% tread Gemstone tyres.
