selt belt retraction lifetime warranty?

Got defect for this and a few other things which I fixed in 5 mins.

Does anyone know if the honda lifetime selt belt warranty that they have in the U.S applies in Australia?

FYI, not honoured or valid in Australia.
Took my shoulder covers off the seat belts and the vicroads inspector tugged it slightly and it retracted most of the way, unlike the cop whole pulled it all the way out onto the road.
Inspection was very brief for my unsecure pod filter, license plate being too reflective+dirty and he didn't even check my license plate lights.
