Center Console With Shift Boot
5spd Pedal Assembly
Clutch Cable
Manual transmission
Flywheel
Starter motor (manual transmission)
Clutch
Throw out bearing, Pilot bearing and clutch alignment tool (most clutch "kits" include a new throw out bearing, pilot and alignment tool)
Shift linkage (best to get one complete with shifter)
ECU
Transmission mount

It'd be about 10234732843268743 times less troublesome if you bought a manual from the start.

from my understanding on an ek its almost a straight swap,

clutch master cyclinder, pedel assembly, shift linkage, gear box(with clutch and fly wheel and associated parts etc), ecu,
the engine mounts are the same.

as for eg to ek, i believe they are the same? bennjamin can confirm this?

do a search, its been covered a little bit on this forum and somewhat more on honda tech.

its very do-able and if your really committed then its not as annoying as everyone makes it out to be.
