Heat Sheild on mugen headers

Hey there,

i've just got a query..
does the JDM 4 - 1 DC2R heat shield fit on 4 -1 mugen extractors/headers ?
as im not too sure about the sizing difference between stock DC2R headers and the mugen ones.

im planning to purchase a car as i just hit my EK4 and im planning on purchasing a DC2R but it already has the mugen headers and i'd like to put on a heat shield for it (its just out of own interest)

Stock heat shields won't fit, there are no mounting points for them on the mugen headers.

you can always grind off those mounting tabs off the OE headers and weld them onto the Mugen headers if you wish, or fabricate those tags with thread.

I thought about doing the same to keep the heat soak down and enquired with my exhaust guy and that's what he suggested.
