how to change EG door mould?

hey guys, i tried to change my driver side door mould, when i tool off the old one i bent it.

soo i would like to know how to put my new one back on properly with out damage,

Door mould is held on by clips that you have to squeeze from the inside to remove. Remove the door trims and plastics to get to it.

However putting them on should just click straight on, providing the clips that aren't broken or stuffed.
