Abit of WD40 or Lube Up might help u get it started... BTW, did u use one wrench or two?

i just uses one wrench on the bolt connecting the exsisting pipe to the cat, i even used a power drill, but still nothing would move, i did spray rp7 on it, noo good..

Try putting a pipe over your spanner or ratchet to give it more turning force.

very good idea... extending the rathcet handle to a longer one (using a pipe of somesort) will give a great effect with taking off difficult tight ass bolts...keep in mind that the pipe/pole is not gigantic... like about an arm length should be fine ^_^

also start the car abit first let it heat up then put wd40, let it cool then spray some more. This will let teh WD40 soakup faster. Then use a pipe to extend the bar and you should be able to do this. If it doesn't work try using a blow torch on the bolts and lots of WD 40 and repear intil done. This is what i had to do for my hub nuts which took the weight of the whole car! (car lifted at the weight of us pushing on it! 2 guys).
The most extreme way would be to drill out the bolts, but i have never had to do this.
