Exhaust removal, help please!

Hi everyone,
i recently picked up a 2.25 inch catback with a magnaflow muffler and i want to put it on my civic. The problem is, i cannot even nudge the 3 bolts connecting to the cat converter, can any1 help? any comment is appriciated:)
