View Full Version : Euro CL9 stock air filter replacement options
Hi all,
What are the best choices for Euro CL9 stock air filter replacement? Searches here only points to the ITG (foam) or the K&N? Which one is better and what others are available and recommended?
Thanks.

I think the K&N is a better fit and will cost the least. I had the ITG foam one and IMO it's not that great in terms of flow and it also doesn't fit very well esp on the stock airbox. You can also buy a Spoon one as far as I know.
By just changing the filter you won't notice much of a difference in performance if that's what you're after.
Some filters help more with low end and some help with high end. I guess I'm after something that helps the low end response. As well as wanting something that doesn't need replacement often.

I've tried a lot of filters and none of them do anything significant by themselves. You'll probably gain like 1hp if any. You'll feel more a difference by removing the intake resonator or better yet, getting a full intake.
