Rebuild specialists

My eg is showing signs of age and I wish to rebuild the engine, any place in eastern melbourne members on here would recommend?

depending on what engine u have, it might work out cheaper and more worth just buying a second hand engine and doing a major service on it....

jdm b16a series 2 from the latter eg6 models.
It's not in need of piston ring changes or bottom end/top end rebuild in a such but it requires headgasket to be replaced and a couple of seals and a few bearings mainly in the gearbox.
I would do it myself but I am restricted on time and space as I only have a single car garage which atm is unusable due to storage
