Hey guys just wondering what features the GLi EG civic has? I am looking to buy one soon as a project but want one with power options and the rev gauge in the dash as I wont be modding straight away. Any help would be appreciated. :)

GLi EG has power options, aka window and mirrors, its got tacho as well

aircon as well

Pretty sure the one I bought is a gli. Not sure. The only problem mine has is the A/C doesn't work it is constantly on heat

the GLi is also drum brakes on the rear if that concerns you

try look around for a clean VTI. might cost a little bit more !

I have a budget of about 5k for the car. Most of the EG civics that I have looked at are rubbish and have been tampered with too much. :(

if your just after something for a project, look for a car with a clean body, no dents etc.
there are a few good ones online that can surely be bought for 5k or abit more.

try get a already converted eg. save urself the headache.

Yeah, i'm having a look around and have called up for two. One guy doesn't have log books and the car has 130kms. Not sure if they're original or not.. any way of telling? At the moment, I can only afford to buy the car lol need it for a daily atm.

it pretty hard too tell. Just got to guess really. See if their story adds up to why the k's are so low. A converted one would be pretty hard to find for 5k. I was looking before and they were all over 10k!!
