I recall u have to pry the H out with a flat head screwdriver revealing the nut. Then u Need a ratchet to remove

thats right, pull off the honda symbol, a little hook works well, or a flathead screwdriver.

then there is a bolt inside the wheel, usually a bit far for a ratchet so a cross bar is quite usefull here, undo the bolt and off your wheel goes :)

Are you talking about the actual triangular shaped cover?
If so, I have no idea how to do it.. but why would you want to lols
