Honda MTF comes in 1L bottles, you need 2-3 bottles. It was about $18-20 a bottle when i called last.

Castrol VMX80 also works fine, 4L bottle was like $45 something

Theres also Redline MTF but ive been told to avoid it due to some powdery crap. Stick with OEM or Castrol

for all OEM and lightly modded requirements....

stick with HONDA MTF 06.

You will need about 2.4ls. So , 3 x 1 litres containers.

MTF is 75w80. You'll find that the aftermarket ones listed are 75w90, which is too thick for the Honda gearbox. Elf does make a 75w80 transmission fluid which works fine though.
