registration query

hey guys im from victoria. wondering what's the registration process involved in buying a ep3R?

the car hasnt been reg in australia. what are all the fees that will apply (sorry for the noob question).

any help will be much appreciated!!!

Compliancing the vehicle can also add up heaps too if it has aftermarket parts on it. As you'll need the car to be stock. But other than that it shouldn't be much to worry about.

of course you pay stamp duty since its transfership of ownership. You pay it wen buying new cars unless the dealer pays for it as an extra to get you to buy the car. Forgot the accounting formula, its $10 per $200 of the value of the car if memory serves me right. i.e $20,000 car, divide by 200 then times by 10. Then you just pay the rego which is generally $650 or so.
