90 Accord drivers windows

Hi just recently got a 90 accord the driver window has now stoped working its making a noise like its stuck/grinding ive taken the door trim off and nothing obviously wrong.

Any suggestions?

Yo, hi. I've had the same problem with my window a few times. Inside your door is the electric motor which drives your window up and down when you tell it to through the control panel, in that motor is a little cog which makes everything go around. The cog had jumped, and continued to jump, and now your cog is broken. You can try visiting junkyards and just take the electric motor and pay for that, and replace it, but then no guarantee it'll work or you'll find the '90 accord. If you want a certainty of both, I would suggest going to Honda and asking them for the part. It will set you back quite a lot though.

Junk yard = around $30
Honda = around $300
