hey guys i got a a vafc II installed in my car (done by old owner) im running a k24a with headers/intake/exhaust just wanted to know if its worth it to get the VAFC tuned on the dyno.
Ive been quoted 250, i wanted air fuel ration redone coz my cars running too rich and i wanted vtec brought down from 6000rpm to either 5000 or 5500... just for a bit more of a kick

your opinions?

lowering vtec engagement point doesnt mean it will kick more, you will probably lose power rather than gain it. whether its worth the tune, maybe someone else will chime in on that

removed vafc, sell it

buy more fuel with said money

sounds like a better plan to me

im not gona lower vtec to 3000rpm ill keep it in a high enough range for the vtec lobe to be effective so i hear dropping crossover by around 500rpm can actualy produce slightly more power...
corect me if im wrong though
