Hi just wanted to know if anyone has dyno'd their Integra just wanted to know what kWs has been pushed out at safest level of tuning. Or if it's even worth doing, thanks.

There is alot more involved than simply 'chucking your car on a dyno a tuning it'.

First up you'll need a tuneable ECU, be it standalone or piggyback.
To make it worth tuning you should at least have the basic I/H/E mods done (Intake / Headers / Exhaust) to see any real gains.

Would be best to do some more research and use the forum's resources to find out more.

what geeang em is trying to say is...
-do intake.. cold air
-do headers cat and cat back. (full exhaust)
-and get a tunable ecu.. maybe honda s200? if your tight on cash and just want some noticable gains,... get a "apexi VAFC /VAFC 2/ Neo"

and you'll notice a bit of difference. its worth tuning if you got mods...
but to get a tune remember. you need a ecu or a piggyback.

piggy back plugs into your ecu. "apexi neo/vafc/vafc 2"

where a standalone would be a "hondata s100/s200/s300 or apexi power fc"
