hey guys i wanna know where and how much i should spend on window tinting.. im thinking about $200 i just want to re tint the whole car again because the tints have been scratched since i bought the car and looks so bad.. well you dont notice it really but im just picky.. lol..

depends on the percentage of window tint that you want to go and dont forget to involve the cost of also removing the tint so the price will vary from anywhere as low as $180-$300max i recommend SUPERIOR WINDOW TINT but they are in Newcastle very cheap and an awesome job without fail:thumbsup:

If you already have window tint on the car you'll be up for a "tint removal" fee. That being counted for, i doubt $200 will cover it.

Mobile window tint guys are the cheapest and have lifetime warrenty tint starting from $180(excluding removal of old tint) and most of the big names such as premier tint, sol ace etc charging a whopper from about $300(excluding removal of old tint).

I paid $220 for my LS around a year and a half ago. Damn dark tint, but we had around 8 cars done on the same day, the guy opened the shop for us.

removing window tint should only cost $50 bux, i got some guy to do my teg for 50 removing all tints, somewhere in the bush though haha. and u can get mirror tints or any tints u want for a mad ass price.

Any reflective tint is illegal u are only allowed from aug 94 onwards to have 35% window tint on your cars!!! But if you know someone that does pink slips abit dodgy then u dont have a problem getting your car registered as it is a defect.
