Depends if the paints in poor condition or can be polished up. If paints complete crap, go for rims + paintjob :D BTW love misa campos bran spanking double D's, y not use your tax return getting her a plain ticket haha

It depends on how you like your car. Personally I'd go paint and rims rather than coilovers, but I sure know people who would rather have the coilover handling instead of the aesthetics...

To me the paint looks good as it is, just polish and wax it. Don't think it'll need a cut and polish. Go for rims/coilovers, paint seems good, it be a waste spending money on it, till u get a big ding or alot of chips, or paint crackle.

What suspension is on it now? Suspension mod would come down to how you use the car like just a daily or track/touge runs etc

Looks wise is very subjective.Something about that lip looks off..maybe colourcode the skirts to match or make the lip black,not mixed as it is now which makes the lip stand out like a sore thumb

I love how coilovers are seen as the be all and end all..
A daily can handle more than fine without coilovers but then you cant tell people you have coilovers :)

i wasn't going to get fake rims? lols unless sportmaxes are fake O_o.. but like I said, I'm not 100% what style I'll be going.. i have maybe a $1400 budget so there are plenty of options out there to choose from, just don't know which look I prefer, JDM rims can look really nice and clean where as sacked EG's on dish are epic hawt as well =/

i think before other suspension upgrades coils would be more efficient and the most noticeable? Also the perk of having height/damper adjustment at the ready is also tempting..

most of those things are under the $1k mark, I'm looking to get the big things first so I don't have to save money later on i.e coils and wheels, where as ITR swaybar and ASR Subframe, LCA's etc I can buy in bits and pieces and don't need to buy them all at once :)

with people preferring paintjob over coils, are you guys thinking just fresh milano red?

Not really mikey :p pretty much depends on the car ; overall(height,hid?paint job etc) and also how you drive..
If u drive like a sick kent (not u mikey, I'm talking in general here) then u are most likely to be targetted..lol

to be perfectly honest, the red with white looks good as it is... if it were me I'd be getting a nice clear coat over the top (about $1000 worth) to rejuvenate the red paint job, and maybe get the rims resprayed gold... or resprayed white... the colour scheme seems quite good atm... I think the car maybe needs just a revamp of how it is atm...

Nah man tbh I hate my setup atm, the size of the wheels and for that much clear coat I can just cop a fresh respray. I'm pretty much set on new wheels.. just trying to decide what wheels to get is the issue :(

yeah im feeling 6uls chrome. I reckon do paintjob when you do conversion, and if you really want coilover maybe get something like BC (not Buddy club) or other brands like that since ur not gonna track it.

decent coilovers get my vote !! a bone stock car on steelies (with hubcaps even) will look and handle a lot better than some bling rims on a 4WD height car etc. plus a decent suspension setup will make your car faster by making more out of what you have - horsepower aint everything !!

and who cares if your rims are FAKES as long as you're not telling everyone they're OG.. and u didnt pay an OG price for em HAHA.

I did my swap and suspension befoer I even got FAKE wheels due to priorities and budget constraints - not all of us have our mommy n daddy's pay for everything up front.. so it was 8/9 years before i was in a position to get GENUINE wheels.. and even then only because I got em at a steal price from Overseas..
