H23a1 to VTEC

Proper Honda prelude Mechanics in Melbourne NEED TO CHANGE H22A HEAD
Hi Guys

I have 92 Si prelude with H23a1 engine. I need to make it VTEC so i am thinking to put H22a head on my Current H23a1 or is it cheaper to go for H22a whole engine?.

Could you guys please tell me about good Prelude mechanics in Melbourne and roughly how much am i looking for if i put the h22a on H23a1?.I have read coupe of posts but could not find the exact answer.

I am still a noob so please cooperate with me. Thank you very much in advance

Its only worth your time if youre going to boost the h23a. Besides that, a h22a will do the job as good if not, better, and end up at the same price.
