Injector questions

Hey guys im looking into buying some injectors and i thought this would be an easy task.. now its just giving me a headache..

what is the difference between these 2 injectors..

how come one needs a resistor box and the other doesnt? can someone please settle my confusion and point me in the right directions as what injectors i should but and what actually needs to be done to them to install them.

Also what size would be propper for a b18c around 200 - 250 horsepower..


this is for a 98 - 99 sir b18c aswell..
