Hey,

I bought some smoked lED tail lights for civic fd1 the other day. Left installed fine, but when i got up to installing the indicator part of the right tail light, the top screw (theres 3) snapped off the light when i was tightening the screw x_x

so now, it sticks out about.... 3-5mm from the car. Okay a few questions

1. What would be the most appropriate way to fix it? would it be best to drill a hole into the car nd just screw something on somewhere? lol.

2. Would water get into the lights if there was a 3-5mm gap or is it ssafe?

cheers,

SEan.

Can you find a pic of what the screw/mounts look like?

Oh right I understand now. So the screw comes through to the inside and you tighten with a bolt. Can't you superglue the screw back in the headlight assembly?

Will super glue be strong enough??? :S looool. coz it'll be a nice constant force acting on it lawl.
