CLUTCH CLICKING ?? Accord Euro ** please help **

Hi Ive got a Accord 03 Euro with 98k

Ive noticed a noise for a while now and its really annoying happens both then driving and stationary, when i press my foot on the clutch its makes a loud "click" noise, once on the way down and once when i release. Any ideas what this could be?
